Company Overview

Integrated Leather Manufacturing Since 1987

Homera Tanning Industries Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1987 with a clear objective — to build a vertically integrated leather manufacturing enterprise grounded in quality, technical expertise, and long-term industry vision.

Founded by Mr. Rizwan Ullah along with Mr. Qamar Rizwan and Mr. Ashraf Rizwan, the company began its journey in Kanpur and Unnao — two of India’s most established leather clusters. What started as a tannery operation has evolved into a diversified leather manufacturing group employing more than 900 skilled professionals across multiple production units.

Today, Homera operates with a structured manufacturing ecosystem combining tannery operations, finished leather production, footwear manufacturing, leather goods development, and export logistics — all under certified management systems.

Manufacturing Footprint & Infrastructure

Homera Tanning Industries operates through six integrated production units:

• Three manufacturing plants located in Unnao’s Leather Technology Park, equipped with logistics and warehousing infrastructure.
• Three additional plants in Kanpur, including two tanneries and one dedicated leather goods & footwear manufacturing facility.

This distributed yet integrated structure allows operational flexibility, efficient material movement, and controlled quality across all stages of production.

Our tannery divisions supply finished leather for:

• Automotive upholstery
• Furniture leather
• Fashion leather
• Safety & industrial footwear

By combining leather processing with downstream product manufacturing, we maintain full visibility and control over the production lifecycle.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Quality is not limited to final inspection — it is embedded at every stage of our operations.

We operate under internationally recognized standards, ensuring:

• Controlled raw material inspection
• Structured tanning parameters
• Consistent finishing techniques
• Final product evaluation before dispatch

Our facilities adhere to international labor standards and maintain clean, regulated manufacturing environments. We are committed to delivering safe, compliant, and globally acceptable products to our clients.

Manufacturing & Logistics Excellence

Leather is processed and finished in compliance with REACH standards within our tanneries. Raw hides are sourced domestically and internationally to meet specific client requirements.

All cutting, finishing, and assembly operations are executed within our dedicated production facilities located around Unnao and Kanpur.

Our production workflow is designed to optimize:

• Lead time efficiency
• Material utilization
• Quality consistency
• Export readiness

With modern Italian machinery and structured process control systems, we are capable of delivering high-volume production without compromising product integrity.

Production Capability

Our structured manufacturing capacity includes:

• 500,000 Sq. Ft. of belt leather
• 500,000 Sq. Ft. finished cow leather for footwear
• 2,000,000 Sq. Ft. buffalo upholstery leather for automotive & furniture industries
• 100,000 leather belts
• 60,000–80,000 shoe uppers
• 25,000 pairs of shoes (stuck-on process)
• 25,000 pairs of shoes (direct injection)
• 25,000 pairs per month rubber molding

These capacities allow us to serve both high-volume export buyers and structured OEM/private label clients with predictable production timelines.

Business Philosophy

Our business approach remains consistent since inception:

Deliver value-for-money products while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

We believe sustainable growth is built on:

• Competitive supply capability
• Consistent product quality
• Agile supply chain management
• Transparent client communication
• Long-term vendor relationships

The synergy of leather tannery expertise, product knowledge, and supply chain control gives us the ability to meet global demand across leather accessories and footwear segments.
